We always receive a call letting us know when the sign is up. He visits our office regularly to see if we need anything. He will go the extra mile by delivering flyers when needed and putting up directional arrows. If we have a sign that is out of area instead of charging us an extra trip charge he finds another company to install without a charge to us.
